What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Construction Director, the Project Engineer plays a key role in the technical coordination and operational management of the Quebec City Tramway project. You will act as the bridge between design, planning, and field execution to ensure that work meets Aecon's safety, quality, and budget standards.

This position requires a full-time on-site presence, five days a week, in the city of Québec.

What you will do:


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the design and construction teams to resolve field-related technical issues.




  • Oversee work progress, ensure schedule compliance, and produce accurate status reports.




  • Manage change orders, site directives, and subcontractor relationships.




  • Assist the Construction Director in budget tracking and cost variance analysis.
