The Jr. Site Admin Engineer will lead daily reporting, data collection, and documentation for the construction of a high‑end luxury accommodation project. Responsibilities include generating daily progress reports, maintaining technical documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the Site Engineer when needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting: fill in reports, collect data from Site Engineers (weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, materials, safety, issues, delays)
• Documentation management: organize technical documents, project plans, and reports
• Compliance & standards: ensure projects meet safety, industry, and company standards
• Process improvement: analyze operational problems to enhance efficiency
• Leadership support: step in for the Site Engineer when necessary, attend high‑leve...
