Knowledge

  • University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Technical support experience in the IP industry, familiar with Inetwork protocol, OSPF, MPLS and TCP/IP.
  • Familiar with main manufacturers such as HUAWEI, CISCO and Juniper routers, switches and firewalls.
  • Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting can be performed independently.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
