Job Description

Pfizer is seeking an experienced engineering professional to oversee and manage bioprocess projects on site at our Tamaulipas, Mexico facility. You will coordinate between project engineers, planning teams and line management to align schedules, budgets and quality across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities include leading tech transfer, risk analysis, mass balance and PFD development, and mentoring a growing engineering team to meet site objectives and regulatory expectations.
