Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Quality Metrology Engineer located in Flex Aguascalientes. Reporting to the Quality Metrology Manager, Engineering Services, Metrology Laboratory, responsible for the development of test methods and procedures needed to determine the dimensional features of products, first article inspection of manufacturer assembly process and testing performance on items to determine compliance with specifications.

Typical Day

• Utilize knowledge of ISO/ASME GD&T to interpret engineering layouts, drawings, and documentation of various levels of components, assemblies, and subassemblies using CAD system (i.e., AutoCAD, Solidworks, Orcad).
• Develop and use measurement methods and equipment to determine the dimension features of products conform to the design features.
