Middleware Knowledge is a must with Tomcat and strong linux application support analyst
Knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, SSL and TLS
| Understanding of Web Request on above Web Servers |
| Would be required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases |
| Need to possess diagnosing and solving software faults skill |
| Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancement related along with product development team |
| Responsible to work on updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application |
