Job Description
This position is working on site in HeadSpin's Bangalore Data Centre, reporting to Senior Manager Global Operations. Responsible for overseeing the operational and logistical tasks of HeadSpin internal teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage smartHands requests on a local level. Troubleshooting daily issues within Headspin Tier 0.
- Bridge communication of off shore and other team members world wide(Asia/ North America)
- Oversee and structure internal requests at an operational level.
- Upkeep on problematic internal device issues.
- Work with Manufacturing to deploy hardware equipment.
- Responsible for local SIMcard management
- Device replacement/ Device deployment in selected global locations.
- Manage Import/Export shipments from global vendors.
- Manage ISP team coordination.
- Work with InfraOperations for Server/ Router Configurations
