Infrastructure Security Engineer

Responsible to support the operational design, performance, and integrity of enterprise-wide information security systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of information security systems policies, procedures, and processes
• Knowledge of information systems, Oracle, SQL, programming, scripting, and operating systems practices and processes
• Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
• Knowledge of information systems, programming, scripting, vulnerability and risk management
• Expert knowledge of the following: SIEM, L2 switching technologies such as STP, trunking, LACP and VPC; IPv4 and IPV4 addressing and routing including EIGRP, OSPFv3 and BGP; Network security including administration of CISCO-ASA and CISCO-Firepower; network device operating software including IOS, IOS-XE and NX-OS; s...
