Infrastructure Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure that products, services, or construction works meet required standards, specifications, and client expectations. The role ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and contract requirements.
• Conduct and oversee inspections, tests, and audits.
• Review ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), method statements, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors.
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor workmanship quality and material compliance.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and test reports.
