Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of project budgets.
• Monitoring of production, costs, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Analysis of variances and review of monthly closings.
• Control of procurement and payment processes.
• Financial auditing of projects.
• Executive reporting to Senior Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Controller in construction and/or services.
• At least 5 years of operational experience on-site or in services.
• Solid experience in project financial control.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
