Infrastructure & Platform Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of accountability between Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Business teams, ensuring operational activities (patching, incidents, changes) are aligned to business priorities and risk appetite.
• Owns operational engagement and communication for infrastructure activities (IE change planning, maintenance windows, impact assessments, and stakeholder updates before, during, and after execution, etc).
• Drives service stability and continuous improvement, analyzing incidents, recurring issues, and operational metrics to reduce outages, improve predictability, and optimize run-the-business processes.
• Ensures governance, compliance, and audit readiness, maintaining clear documentation, evidence, and adherence to ITSM, security, and regulatory requirements.
