Infrastructure Operations Tech Lead

The role oversees and enforces the bank's information security controls, including approving network connections, setting access levels, and formalizing user access processes with system owners. It ensures secure management of emergency IDs, validates administrator reports, and monitors security incidents, submitting regular updates to technology leadership. The position also manages problem resolution with third?party providers, prioritizes system issues, and upholds strong authentication for high?security areas. Additionally, it supervises system change implementations, ensures synchronization with backup systems, conducts performance analysis and tuning, and designs and maintains the bank's IT infrastructure and networks. Overall, the role safeguards system integrity, operational performance, and compliance across all technology resources.
