Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager with 15+ years in IT to lead system administration and infrastructure operations teams. The role is responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime, managing incidents, changes, service requests, and maintaining enterprise IT systems aligned with business and SLA requirements.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Windows & Linux administration
Expertise in virtualization, enterprise storage, backup, and monitoring systems
Knowledge of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
Experience with ITIL processes, audits (ISMS), and vendor management
Proven team leadership in global, multi-time-zone environments
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (ITIL certification preferred)
