Job Description

Role Purpose:

Manage customer demands and guide requestor towards a technical solution and platform (on-prem & cloud) in VCI. This includes:

  • Decision on best fitting technology platform
  • Drive follow up discussions where necessary
  • Support High Level Cost indication
  • Creation of solution design
  • Logical Design & GIANT Support
  • Transfer into Delivery (Project or Standard Service)
  • Issue Consultancy Forum Meetings
  • Working with VCI teams during project development stages to ensure appropriate delivery solution design support and advice is available to projects during their formative stages.

    1. Act as technical Pre-Sales Team for BRMs:

  • Responsible for ensuring Technical and Financial advisory ( Feasibility Analysis) to BRM in their Demand assessment, scoping and classification with Local Markets
