Shift Timings: 2 PM-11 PM IST (flexible availability required)

Must have skill-Experience working on Enterprise system, IT as a service, Experience in Supporting Team Leaders, Escalations management, project management, Team collaboration, Reviewing KRA's KPI's ,Process improvement ,continuous improvement.

Total year of experience: 10+ years with 5 year working with cross functional teams
