Job Description
- Build, configure, and operate Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Configure and support virtualization using Hyper-V and VMware.
- Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions with automation and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot advanced connectivity, performance, and reliability issues.
- Manage server and storage resources across on-prem and cloud platforms (primarily Azure).
- Support system upgrades, patching, and incident management using ITIL-based processes.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and operational SOPs.
- Develop automation scripts (primarily in PowerShell) to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams and key vendors.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and after-hours on-call rotations.
