Infrastructure Inspector

Position Title: Infrastructure Inspector Location: South Carolina Employment Type: Full-Time Duration- 3 -6 months Position Summary The Infrastructure Inspector is responsible for performing field inspections on highway, bridge, and general civil infrastructure construction projects. This role ensures contractor compliance with project plans, specifications, and DOT standards. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience and is capable of mentoring junior inspectors in best practices and technical standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field inspections of highway, bridge, roadway, and civil infrastructure projects. Verify contractor work meets project drawings, specifications, and applicable DOT standards. Prepare detailed daily inspection reports, including materials used, progress, deficiencies, and safety observations.
