Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

• Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid - 1-2 Days Per Week in the Reading Office)
• We are a fast-growing security technology company based in Reading, expanding our IT Operations team and seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer. This pivotal role supports critical security systems with exposure to both on-site infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Proven experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Strong Linux / Ubuntu server administration skills.
• Solid networking knowledge (VLANs, Cisco, etc.).
• Experience with virtualisation & containerisation (Hyper‑V, Docker).
• Database administration skills (MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL).
• Familiarity with endpoint security/protection tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
