We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance, security, reliability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
Review monitoring dashboards and overnight alerts
Check backup job statuses and resolve any failures
Review and respond to support tickets within SLA timeframes
Monitor system performance and capacity utilization
Perform routine maintenance tasks (patching, updates)
Participate in daily stand-ups or team meetings
Document work performed and update CMDB
Conduct capacity planning reviews
Generate SLA compliance reports
Review and implement change requests
Conduct security vulnerability scans
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions
Review and update documentation and runbooks
