About the role

We're currently looking for a Business Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team based in the Colchester Area. The role is a hybrid working role. 

The role is responsible for delivering and supporting IT Infrastructure Services, building and maintaining relationships with local senior management and key business stakeholders to ensure that office and operational site infrastructure together with core IT Infrastructure Services meet business requirements.

Main responsibilities

In this role you'll: 

  • Provide operational and technical guidance on existing IT Infrastructure Services, and new business solutions to ensure compliance with IT Standards and Security Policies where appropriate.
  • Project Manage Business and IT changes, such as, but not limited to office moves, new sites, acquisitions and IT driven improvements, including stakeholder management, contingency planning and work...
