The Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll provide advanced 3rd Line support while playing a key role in delivering infrastructure and cloud-focused projects. You'll act as an escalation point for junior engineers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and help clients maximise the value of their IT environments.
