Infrastructure Engineer

Our customer based in West London are looking to bring on an Infrastructure Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading FX companies.

You will need to be an experienced Infrastructure Engineer able to provide 3rd line support for escalated IT Service Desk tickets. You will be involved in maintaining and updating the existing Windows/VMware and associated services. Working on Office 365/Azure Management & Migrations and ensuring vulnerabilities are remediated within the agreed SLA’s.

You will be working closely with the Network and Infrastructure Team on various projects and initiatives across the estate. Liaising with team members and external suppliers to identify resolutions to outstanding tickets that are not resolved and escalating where necessary and providing regular updates and reports to the Network and Infrastructure Manager.
