Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Infrastructure Engineer III
to join our Infrastructure Operations team, supporting a large-scale
Microsoft 365 and Azure (Entra ID)
environment. This role focuses on
Tier 3 support
, handling complex escalations, improving platform stability and security, and driving process improvements across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is technically strong in
Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, Hybrid Exchange
, and
PowerShell
, with a proactive mindset and a passion for building scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Tier 3 Operations & Support

• Provide
  Tier 3 support
  for escalated Microsoft 365 and Azure incidents from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to
  Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, and Hybrid Exchange environments
