Infrastructure Engineer

  We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new Senior  Technical Consultant!   Position Summary   The primary role for this position would be focused on implementing and supporting various IT  Infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on Root Cause Identification and Resolution & Project  Design and Implementations.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   • Problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines  • The ability to mentor and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Teams, as needed  • Excellent IT documentation skills  Education/Experience/Certifications  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred  • Certifications  o Citrix CCA-V, CCP-V strongly preferred  o Microsoft MCSE:
