Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure platforms including Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, AntiVirus, Skype, Proxy Services, Mail Scrubbing, Commvault, Acronis
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
