Job Description

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Amazon Connect Infrastructure Engineer in Westerville, OH

Responsibilities


  • *Proven expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, , and Python (particularly in relation to AWS Services)
    Demonstrate ability to efficiently resolve complex issues and provide consultative explanations and advice to clients
    Familiarity with file formats, including JSON and others
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Willingness to work according to the US time schedule
    Experience in following ITIL processes and using Service Desk Ticket management applications
