The core of this role is that they'll be spending 50% of the time traveling to our data centers, being boots on the ground, owning the full life cycle of these physical installation projects. They need to bring an in-depth background in fiber optic and structured cabling, as well as experience overseeing a crew of LVCs doing the QA and QC of their work and making sure the designs adhere to our standards.
We need a quarterback-like mentality. Run projects, make decisions. You can't be shy - you need to run the show when you're on site. Be honest about where things are falling short and do everything you can to avoid bottlenecks and to peek around corners.
