Job Description:
  • Monitor and support IT infrastructure components related to networks, virtualization, cloud, servers, storage, and backups.
  • Evaluate and triage IT infrastructure events.
  • Perform - and document - complex troubleshooting of IT infrastructure events
  • Monitor planned IT infrastructure changes.
  • Co-ordinate Incident resolution within IT infrastructure operations.
  • Co-ordinate IT infrastructure troubleshooting with specialist teams.
  • Issue escalations via established processes.
  • Produce priority event reports.
  • Tools knowledge - Experience in using Monitoring Tools Like Datadog, SCOM and ITSM tool like ServiceNow will be added advantage.
  • Troubleshooting Experience- Ability to utilize Standard Operating Procedures and KB articles for 1st level troubleshooting and follow escalation procedures for any additional technical support.
