Job Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support professional with expertise in technical support, infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and IT operations management with focus in administrating user account access management

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Must have 4 years of relevant working experience in security administration, identity governance and user account access management
  • Experience in Security Administration in the implementation of Privileged Identity Management or IAM tools such as CyberArk and Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)
  • Experience in user account ID review on Windows and / or Unix operating system, Active Directory, Databases (Oracle, SQL) in both web and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) technologies
  • Knowledge on encryption and authentication methods such as digital certificates, SSL, SAML, ADFS ...
