:More than 15 years inIT infrastructure of which 5 plus years directly working with customer andshould have worked 2/3 years with current organization.
Bachelor’s degree orequivalent certifications.
Minimum of 4 yearshands on work experience in any area of Infrastructure Operations, NetworkOperations, Service Desk. Experience in Project/Program Management in relevantareas like Service Desk, Infrastructure Planning, Network Planning.
Specific experience ofonshore / offshore model, 3 tier model (offshore, account, customer) experiencewould be a plus.
Experience in workingin a multi-national / multi-cultural environment. Strong operations managementskills (preferably ITIL Certified) with ability to extract, analyses data todrive improvement actions.
