Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician (Level 1) located in Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Desk Operations

: Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat, providing a Customer First experience through triage and initial support.
- Incident Management

: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate complex cases to Level 2 & Level 3 Technicians with comprehensive documentation.
- User Lifecycle Management

: Execute onboarding/offboarding tasks and Out-of-Box setups for new workstations and user accounts.
- Proactive Maintenance

: Monitor RMM dashboards and perform remediation tasks as directed.
