Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Manage and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose hardware and software failures, and provide effective solutions.
• Implement security policies, updates, patches, and firewalls to safeguard IT systems.
• Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection activities.
• Support cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
