Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Portugal. Your responsibilities will include the installation of new systems, including networking setups, as well as diagnosing and resolving a variety of software and hardware issues. Your work will directly impact our clients ability to operate efficiently and effectively.
We value a proactive approach, and your role will involve not only addressing immediate technical concerns but also identifying opportunities to enhance and extend existing service agreements with clients.
