Information Technology Support Technician I

Work Location: Davao City (Onsite / Office-Based)

This entry-level technician assists with technical support for end user systems/applications, helping to resolve technical problems. The associate technician further assists in performing basic system management functions for client systems using a variety of tools such as Active Directory. At this entry level, the incumbent is still learning technology support work for his or her assigned location.Responsibilities
