Are you a hands-on IT Systems & Network Support professional who thrives on keeping technology environments secure, stable, and high-performing? We’re looking for a skilled IT expert to join our growing team and play a key role in managing end-user systems, servers, and network security infrastructure.
What You’ll Work On:
• Administer Windows, mac OS, and Linux/Ubuntu environments
• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, user lifecycle)
• Configure & troubleshoot Fortigate/Sophos firewalls, VPNs, and security policies
• Support Jump Cloud and Check Point EDR protection
• Handle patching, upgrades, performance monitoring & incident resolution
• Maintain system documentation and support IT security compliance
