Anywhere in the Philippines | Remote | Night Shift (12 AM – 9 PM)

You own the technical stability and uptime for a U.S.-based SaaS provider, ensuring end-users remain productive through expert-level hardware and software resolution. Your work directly impacts operational continuity by managing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure Active Directory, and system deployments via Microsoft Intune.

This is not a basic helpdesk role. You operate within a structured Tier II environment where you are responsible for proactive system administration, SharePoint/Teams governance, and complex troubleshooting. Best suited for IT professionals who value technical ownership, thrive in night-shift delivery models, and prefer clear, documented ticketing workflows over disorganized support requests.
