Studio Chintala is looking for dynamic IT Support Specialists (Tier 1 / Tier 2) who can operate independently, think critically, and deliver excellent end-user support in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

End User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as first and second point of contact via ticketing system, phone, chat, and remote support.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Provide basic support for Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino (escalate complex cases appropriately).

Access & Authentication

  • Handle password resets, MFA troubleshooting, VPN connectivity.
