Studio Chintala is looking for dynamic IT Support Specialists (Tier 1 / Tier 2) who can operate independently, think critically, and deliver excellent end-user support in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
End User Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as first and second point of contact via ticketing system, phone, chat, and remote support.
- Diagnose and resolve software, application, and connectivity issues.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Provide basic support for Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino (escalate complex cases appropriately).
Access & Authentication
- Handle password resets, MFA troubleshooting, VPN connectivity.
