IT Support Engineer (Weekend Shift – 4 Day working week)

Overview of the Role

We are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to support our customers. You will be based at our head office in Whiteley. You will sit with our knowledgeable Service Desk when at head office, who will fully support you in your day to day. You will be utilising your excellent and prompt customer support skills and will represent Tailor Made Technologies in a professional and courteous manner over the phone, email and face to face.

This role operates on a 4-day working week, Friday through Monday (preferred) or Saturday through Tuesday, with working hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm . Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are worked from home , with weekdays based at the office in Whiteley.
