Support Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Support Analyst to deliver exceptional technical support and create a seamless technology experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting hardware, software, and networking needs while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on support for Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware (MacBooks, Lenovo laptops, desktops, iPads, printers, video conferencing equipment).
• Manage user accounts and systems via Active Directory , Azure AD , MS Admin Centre , Exchange Admin Centre .
