• Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for employees experiencing hardware or software issues
• Responding to IT service requests in a timely and effective manner
• Assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and applications
• Documenting IT support issues and resolutions to improve incident management
• Participating in the implementation of new technology solutions
