Role Overview
The Information Technology Solutions Manager will lead the design, development, and integration of a technology ecosystem that connects customer application, billing, and service management, while ensuring security, scalability, and interoperability with Meralco's net metering portal and other distribution utility (DU) and electric cooperative systems nationwide.
A critical competency for this role is DevOps leadership — building automated, reliable, and scalable environments that support continuous integration, deployment, and delivery of digital solutions.
