Role: Technical Recruiter (Mid - Senior Level)

Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad (Onsite - 5 days a week)

Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Description:

  • Proven experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (within United States of America).
  • Focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent using platforms like LinkedIn and Dice.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, understanding W2/C2C requirements, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to meet client needs.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain strong talent pools for ongoing requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
