Key Responsibilities
✔ 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment only in IT hiring
✔ Source candidates using various channels (job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals)
✔ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
✔ Conduct candidate outreach via emails and calls
✔ Post job openings on platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn
✔ Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
✔ Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
