About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce , Full Stack Development hiring, and a solid understanding of the IT landscape. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Conduct preliminary technical assessments (focused on Salesforce and Full Stack profiles).
