Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
