Information Technology Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a payroll system, working closely with smaller vendors and internal stakeholders. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a target go-live in September/October 2026. This position requires strong vendor coordination skills and the ability to manage challenges during implementation under a Waterfall delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll system implementation using Waterfall methodology
Coordinate and manage delivery with smaller / niche vendors
Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT, and vendors
Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies
Manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and documentation
Drive UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
Escalate vendor or delivery challenges proactively to ensure project continuity
