The Senior IT Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and operational readiness of critical business systems. This role supports critical daily cycle processes, assists users with production issues, and maintains visibility into cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor with experience troubleshooting complex issues, automating workflows, and proactively monitoring cloud environments.
