**IT Operations Management**



+ Manage daily IT operations across all hotel departments.

+ Ensure smooth functioning of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and booking platforms.

+ Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

+ Provide IT support to hotel employees and management.



**2. System & Network Administration**



+ Maintain servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, and internet connectivity.

+ Ensure secure network access for guests and staff.

+ Manage backups, system updates, and software installations.

+ Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement preventive measures.
