Job Description
Graduate of IT/Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
2–4 years IT experience (Service Desk, Technical Support, IT Support, Desktop Support, etc.)
Knowledge of networks, Windows OS, routers/switches, and basic server tasks
Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and willing to take leadership
