Information Technology Internship

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and assess current-state manual process within IT & Operations
2. Map and document process flows to identify automation opportunities
3. Define and propose automation and digitalization solutions
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and priorities
5. Support implementation and continuous improvement of automated solutions

Requirements :

1. Fresh graduate or final year students; with major background Information Technology or related area
2. Have basic understanding of IT systems and operations
3. Have knowledge of automation and digitalization concepts
4. Have analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good communication and coordination skills
